The Relais Gaia Bed & Breakfast offered an intimate and cozy retreat in Florence. I especially loved enjoying breakfast on my private terrace, a lovely start to each day!

location: the hotel was just next door to main attractions and train station, the main train station firenze santa maria novella, florence cathedral and the academy gallery, and the city center.

I had beautiful and gorgeous room on your private terrace. Had excellent amenities.

The location was perfect for exploring Florence's attractions.

I was disheartened by the lack of basic amenities, as we received no replenishments of water or coffee after the first day. Despite having a teapot in the room, there was no actual coffee provided, made mornings quite challenging. The room itself was a bit cramped, barely accommodating our luggage, and the noise from the street was quite disruptive at times, impacting our overall experience.

Absolutely dissapointing! The room was ridiculously small, barely fitting my baggage. And only one roll of toilet paper for 4 days? How generous! I expected a complimentary upgrade for such an inconvenience but received nothing. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't look past this nonsense.

The location was ideal for both exploring Florence and venturing out to nearby cities like Siena. The room was comfortable, though I found it a bit cramped for two large suitcases. Morning check-ins were easy, and the restaurant across the street was good.

The location was perfect, just steps to the train station and major sights. The roomy jacuzzi was a refreshing bonus.

The room was big and spacious, providing plenty of comfort . The kitchenette was very convenient, with a small fridge and necessary utilities for quick snacks. Walking to various attractions was easy, great to explore without needing transportation. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was very sweet and responsive to our needs.

Breakfast was decent but pricey for what was offered.

The location is fantastic, only a 10-15 minute walk to major sights. It's also very close to bike rentals. The staff is friendly and provided helpful recommendations throughout our stay.

The shower pressure was a bit inconsistent, making it less than ideal at times.

The proximity to local attractions made it easy to explore, and we enjoyed a fantastic day exploring nearby wine country. It was a highlight as the kids loved it too.

My wife says that the lack of breakfast options made mornings challenging.

Wi-fi was fast and reliable. Luggage storage needed improvement upon arrival.

Absolutely amazing hotel. the location was particularly good near the main train station Firenze Santa Maria Novella and main attractions. - Truly enjoyed the way our double room with a terrace was arranged.

The hotel has exceptional service. the location is fantastic, close to all the sites of Florence. - Everyone who works at the property is outstandingly accommodating and extremely helpful. - I would happily return for another stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and the cozy rooms provided a great experience thanks to the good service and attention to detail, with fantastic facilities that were easy to use.

Relais Gaia Florence was a great find! The hotel is excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for its wonderful location near the train station. The attention to detail is impressive, especially in the modern and clean rooms. I loved having my own private terrace, a rare find in hotels, where I could relax and enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and attentive, always available through phone or WhatsApp. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy any craving.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
